Hi! I’m Imi from Indonesia 🇮🇩
I live in the southern part of East Java. When I was a kid, I used to collect stamps. Somehow, after many years, that old hobby is coming back! 😄 Now I’d love to collect stamps again. And of course, collecting postcards from different places sounds exciting.
What I really like about postcard swap is that a postcard can bring a tiny story from a complete stranger into your mailbox. I’d love to know about your hometown, your daily life, a place you love, a local tradition, or simply something random that happened to you recently.
I’m curious about nature, interesting buildings, local food, and the little things that make a place unique. I also have a habit of photographing random things I find interesting—electric cables, power poles, street signs, old buildings, animals, plants, flowers... basically anything that makes me think, “Hmm, that’s actually interesting.” 😂
I enjoy walking and looking around, trekking, and occasionally hiking. I like the feeling of going somewhere without rushing and discovering unexpected things along the way.
Music is another little part of my world. Lately, I’ve been really into K-band, especially LUCY, and I’ve also been discovering some Thai indie artists. 🎶. I also love Japanese songs and anime!
For postcards, I’m happy with almost anything! I especially love postcards showing your city or country, landscapes, nature, architecture, food, animals, flowers, instruments, or something that represents where you live. But please don’t worry too much about choosing the “perfect” card—I’ll be happy to receive whatever you’d like to share.
I also love yellow things 💛—so if you happen to have a postcard with something yellow on it, I’ll probably be extra happy!
If possible, I’d really appreciate it if you could write the date on the postcard. I love knowing when each little piece of the world started its journey to me.
So, send me a postcard, tell me a little story, and let’s become friends from different corners of the world.
