Hi from Germany! 🇩🇪

I somehow ended up here after living a rather multicultural life, and while I still love discovering new places, I’m also slowly learning how to grow roots somewhere. What I enjoy most about Germany is the quality of life and the feeling of stability. What I still struggle with a little? Sometimes life here feels too planned. I miss a bit of spontaneity and chaos now and then. I think that’s why I’m here: for the randomness and the unexpected connections along the way.

Outside of my 9-to-5, I try to make space for slower and more creative things. Recently I started to practise watercolor painting as a way to reconnect with my artistic side again. I also love hiking, yoga, meditation, baking, cooking, beautiful bookstores, movies, and discovering cozy cafés and restaurants everywhere I go.

Food is probably my biggest love language. I come from a family where meals meant connection, stories, and togetherness, so I can happily talk for hours about food, tea, coffee, recipes, and travel memories linked to them. I’m also a tea lover and a bit of a coffee snob - respectfully.

I love traveling and learning about cultures through everyday life rather than just tourist attractions.
I’d love a good story and generally curious. I’d love to learn about a family tradition you cherish, a small local place you love, a hidden hiking trail, a camino you walked, or something unexpectedly beautiful about your hometown that tourists usually miss.
