At the heart of Cardzilla is the joy of sending and receiving postcards from random people around the world. Surprises are fun, but we know that everyone has their own comfort level when it comes to randomness. That is why we have always given you tools to set some boundaries, like choosing which countries you are open to receiving from.
Now there is a brand-new option: address requests. With this feature, you can decide exactly who gets access to your mailing address and who can send you a postcard. Here is how it works: if someone wants to mail you a card, they open your public profile and send you an address request. You will get a notification, you can check out their profile, even drop them a message with our pigeon mail, and then choose whether to accept or decline.
If you accept, they will have 3 days to send you a postcard. Nothing is guaranteed, they might still change their mind, and you can always change yours by removing your address from your profile.
This new mode gives you more control while still keeping the magic of postcards alive. Why not give it a try and see how it feels to mix surprises with choice?
